We delivered a high-performance conference room engineered for maximum flexibility and full integration with the client's Cisco platform.

To support the client's preference for movable furniture, we utilized ceiling array microphones to ensure consistent, premium voice capture regardless of table arrangement. This design choice maintains a clean tabletop while guaranteeing an excellent audio experience for remote attendees.

The visual experience is dynamic and comprehensive, featuring multi-camera coverage (front and rear) to intelligently capture presenters, whiteboards, and all meeting participants. Finally, all sound reproduction is handled via integrated ceiling speakers, delivering clear, ambient audio without compromising the room's professional aesthetic.

The solution was intentionally kept simple and powerful to maximize user adoption and minimize technical complexity.

The visual experience centers on 98-inch display monitors paired with a native Cisco collaboration platform. This includes the Cisco Quad Camera for intelligent framing and the Cisco Codec Plus for seamless meeting functionality.

For crystal-clear voice quality, we chose the Audix M3 microphones managed by the enterprise-grade Biamp Tesira DSP. Audio distribution relies on Extron amplifiers.

Connectivity and routing were simplified using Crestron DM Lite for stable video transmission. Finally, we enhanced user convenience by installing Extron cable cubbies providing direct access to essential USB-C video and power charging.
