Since Quick Assist is a free, built-in Windows application, our clients never have to waste time downloading or installing software, allowing our engineers to establish a connection immediately using just a simple, temporary 6-digit code. The connection is inherently secure—protected by encryption and requiring the client's explicit consent for both screen sharing and remote control—which means Array maintains high standards of transparency and control for the client, ensuring access is only granted for the necessary duration of the support call before the unique code instantly expires.
